Questions & Answers

I have consolidated some of the common questions that I received under this posting. If your question is not answered, please feel free to just drop me an email yeah.

Q1 : How sensitive are your ovulation strips, pregnancy strips and pregnancy kits?
Ans : The current batch of ovulation test strips has a high sensitivity level of 20mIU/ml.
The current batch of pregnancy test strips has a high sensitivity level of 10mIU/ml.
All tests have an accuracy levels of over 99%.

Q2 : How many ovulation strips do I need per month at least?
Ans : In estimation, if your period is regular, you should probably need about 5 strips per month. Assuming a cycle of 28 days, you should begin testing on day 12. Ovulation should occur on day 14. As such, from day 12 to 16, you would use 5 strips in all.

Q3 : How would you know when I have made payment to you?

Ans : Inter-bank transfer : If you are transferring from POSB/DBS to my DBS account, please kindly inform me the nick that you used for the transfer, the date, the amount and transaction reference number. From my statement, I would be able to see the nick that you used, and would verify with the amount and date. Transfers are almost immediate unless transfer is made during midnight which I am only able to verify the next day.

For transfer from UOB to my UOB account, please kindly note that I am not able to see any nick used. As such, please do inform me the amount, the date and transaction reference number.

If you are tranferring from other than POSB/DBS, transfer would generally take 1-2 working days. I would only be able to mail your parcel out after the payment is reflected in my statement.
Q4 : Are instructions included?
Ans : Yes, instructions will be sent in soft copy via email. Please kindly drop me an email should you require.

Q5 : How does your parcel looks like?

Ans : All parcel comes in a brown envelope as shown below. All strips/kits are sealed with bubble wrapped for protection.
For larger parcels, it will be packed in an A4 size brown envelope.
Return address is indicated behind the envelope in case of lost mail.
Q6 : Are there any hidden/additional charges on top of your pricing?

Ans : My price is all stated in SGD$. Price is nett, postage is free for local posting only to 1 address per order.

Re-delivery fee applies for any failed delivery due to incorrect address provided by buyer, unclaimed registered mail parcel returned back to us, or recipient is unavailable to accept parcel.

Please do note that I will not be responsible for lost mail under local posting.
There will be no refunds for lost mail under normal local posting.
Strictly no exchange/ no refunds of products should you have any dissatisfactory.
To safeguard buyers, please kindly opt for registered mail $2.50.

If you need your parcel to arrive urgently, you may opt for AM Mail at $2.60, which is a next business day delivery service provided by Singpost.
**For the record, it seems there is a case of 1 lost mail recently to Sengkang. Close to 99% of the parcels do arrive.**

Q7 : How soon am I able to receive my parcel after payment is made?

Ans : Your parcel will 95% be mailed out the next business day. Some sellers would only mail their products out 3 working days after payment is received. I understand the urgency of my customers to get my product. As such, I do my best to mail out your parcel the next business day (Mon-Fri).

So if your payment is made on Monday, I would mail your parcel out on Tuesday. And you should be able to receive it on Wednesday provided there is no delays over at Singpost side.

That said, I do receive emails from customers informing me that they received their parcel after 4-5 working days. I really have no idea what's going on with the delays at Singpost, so if your parcel has yet to arrive, please do give the postman sometime.

I take a photo of your parcel (excludes reg mail/ AM mail) I send as an evidence of your parcel being prepared to be mailed.

What if my parcel STILL yet to arrive after a week?

Sigh...I'm keeping finger crossed that it's not lost in lulla land. If it is not a registered mail, Singpost would most likely not be able to trace even if I raise an enquiry for you. So to play safe, have your parcel registered.

Q8 : I need the strips urgently. Are you able to do meetups?

Ans : Majority of my parcels are sent via postage.Convenient for both parties.
I try my best to minimize meetups due to family commitment. However, I do try to accomodate as well if you really need the strips urgently. Collection area would be at Toa Payoh/Whampoa resident area at my convenient time.

Q9 : Do you do refunds for loss/damage of parcel? If I am not satisfied with the products, can I opt for return and refund?

Ans : Sorry, but I do not provide any refunds for loss or damage of parcel once parcel is posted out into the mailbox. On my part, I ensure proper sealing of the bubble wrap and envelope, with neat handwritten recipient address and my return address stamped at the back of the envelope.(I cannot stand untidy and tiny handwritten return address on parcels that I have received before. Thank god they arrived, if they had gone missing, I doubt Singpost would even bother to look at the tiny return address)

Strictly no entertainment of refunds for dissatisfactory with the products.

I would highly recommend you to purchase small quantity to try out the products.
