In short, it means parcel posted on
Friday (before collection cut off time) - delivered by next working day, ie Monday
Friday (after collection cut off time) - delivered on following Tuesday

Saturday - delivered on following Tuesday.

Hence if you like to receive your parcel within the week, the last day for me to mail the item is Thursday (before collection cut off time) in order to receive next working day, ie Friday.
