Please be informed Singpost has been very uncertain with the handling of parcels for the past few months. As such, under normal mail, the parcel can take as fast as 2 working days to as long as a week delay to arrive.
If your parcel has not arrive within 3 working days, do not panic. Please wait for the next few working days for Singpost to deliver before dropping me an email about your "missing parcel".
Should your parcel not arrive after 7 working days, drop me an email and I will raise a query with Singpost.
If you need the parcel urgently or for a sense of assurance of delivery, please opt for the AM Mail-1 day shipping, which costs only an additional of $2.60.
Your parcel will be posted into your letterbox and DO NOT require anyone to be present at home to acknowledge, unlike registered mail.
The postage is comparable to registered mail at $2.50. Registered mail takes about 2-3 working days on average for delivery. AM Mail delivered the next business day.
If for unfortunate reason, your parcel is lost/damaged during handling by Singpost or if you are dissatisfied with the products, there is strictly no refunds, under free normal local postage.
To safeguard yourself as a buyer for lost or damaged parcel, Please opt for registered mail.
All goods sold are non refundable and non exchangeble.
The strips are not 100% fool-proof. It is just a tool for you to help you gauge when your best fertile period is. It works by detecting the LH surge presence in the urine. As such, if you have very high LH surge, the strips which are of high sensitivity would detect and show a positive result.
It is important to note that there are no products that can guarantee 100% success in achieving pregnancy.
