We will try my best to get back on the total price and account for payment to be made to.
Your parcel will be posted once payment has been received.
We try to post parcels within the day payment has been made, otherwise the next working day.
Typically, all parcels have type-written address with return address behind the envelope. They arrive in bubble-packed and looks like the one below :
For larger orders, parcel will arrive in a bigger brown envelope.Parcels are posted at 2 different locations (unless otherwise mentioned):
(a) Balestier Estate Post Office, Mail Box No. 32803- for registered mails & large parcels.
(b) Mail Box No. 32005- for regular parcels (as in picture shown above)
Parcels posted before 5pm Mon-Thu ; before 6pm Fri usually arrive the following workday, unless otherwise.
Once parcel has been posted, we are not responsible for the delay of parcels as these are handled by Singpost. Pls kindly note that we are not liable for loss/ damage/ delay of local parcels.
No refunds will be made in the event of loss/damage of parcel. Hence, we urge you to opt for registered mail.
In the event that the parcel did not arrive, we can log an enquiry on postal article with Singpost. But usually, it will not yield any outcome as Singpost is not able to track non-registered articles.
